“The Future of Construction – Sustainable Materials” – professional conference

Ahead of the special edition of the Mikser Festival “Energy of Freedom,” the Faculty of Forestry and the Mikser organization are organizing a professional conference “The Future of Construction – Sustainable Materials,” which will take place on Friday, May 30, 2025, at Marsh Open Space, Cetinjska 15, Belgrade.

The conference brings together experts in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, and sustainable development, focusing on the potentials and challenges of using innovative, traditional, and wooden materials in contemporary construction. After the professional segment, there will be a discussion, exchange of experiences, and informal networking.

The event is organized as part of the regional cooperation project “Decorator,” which is implemented within the Interreg program, aiming to improve knowledge and practices in sustainable construction and the use of natural resources.
