MIKSER FESTIVAL 2026 CALLING VOLUNTEERS!

We invite creatives, students, and final-year high school students from Novi Pazar who want to get a behind-the-scenes look at one of the most exciting creativity festivals: be part of the team that drives NEW WORLD!

We are looking for energetic, curious, and responsible young people and enthusiasts who want to explore the creative scene and the Mikser Festival from the inside.

Through volunteering, you will gain valuable experience, meet amazing people, and take part in the realization of the festival program—firsthand. In this way, you also contribute to putting Novi Pazar on the global festival map.

In addition to experience, valuable connections, and improved organizational skills, volunteers will receive a certificate of participation, concert passes, and refreshments at duty stations.
