For several years, the Mikser organization has been cooperating with the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia on projects to raise awareness about environmental protection and gender equality and to improve the quality of life of vulnerable social groups.

The programs of the Mikser Festival realized in cooperation with the EU Delegation include two-panel discussions and one exhibition that promote and bring closer the values of the EU in Serbia.

“Green Agenda for the Balkans” is a panel examining the capacities of the Serbian and regional economy in the implementation of the European Green Deal and the benefits for the development of the private and public sectors.

„Studija o zelenom oporavku“ bavi se klimatskim ciljevima EU za 2030. i primeni standarda Evropskog zelenog dogovora kao glavnim putokazima za usmeravanje investicija ka održivim projektima i aktivnostima kako bi naša ekonomija i društvo, pogotovo zdravstveni sistem bili otporniji na klimatske promene i druge izazove.

The exhibition “Natura 2000 in the frame”, which will be shown at the Mikser Festival, is a result of a photo competition organized by the project “EU for Natura 2000 in Serbia” in collaboration with the Energy Portal. The main goal of the competition was to connect the importance of biodiversity conservation with the diversity of natural landscapes in Serbia and to emphasize the species that will be part of the future Natura 2000 network in Serbia. Also, to show the general public the natural beauties of Serbia, and to motivate and remind the citizens of the importance of preserving the environment and the survival of various flora and fauna.
